Ooh! Thank you for the bite sized bits!! The Be-Ro book is the best, everyone’s birthday cake comes out of it in our house! Enjoy your Welsh griddle cakes!

I'm so excited for your bite sized nuggets Helen! You're an amazing and generous human! Thank you for your Welsh griddle cake recipe too! I've always wanted to try them. Do they taste best warm? Can I freeze them? Yummy! I'm looking forward to trying the recipe x Nell.

Oh yes, best warm, straight from the pan with butter and jam on them 😚. I have never tried freezing them but I imagine they would be great to have in the freezer. Maybe toast them to warm them up when you have defrosted them? Enjoy your Welsh Griddle cakes!

Aren’t they brilliant? I have one from the 70’s and one from the 90’s. The 70’s one is full of lard and the 90’s one is full of margarine 😂

Love your stair carpet! I’m guessing the arrows are on the plastic? (Maybe not?)

Anyhoo…. I’m offering up my painting services today to our son who is renovating his little cottage whilst his dad helps him fit a column radiator in his dining room! Exciting stuff!

Happy Sunday xx

Ha! Yes, we bought the carpet because of the catchy slogan ‘roll and stroll’ 😂
